Calling all Athletes! It is not too late to join the HHA Rogers’ Track Team. Run on up to Coach Frus’ classroom to sign up and he will field your questions. You will need a sport physical to train and to compete in track meets. Current track practice schedule: Mondays- long run, Thursday’s- MetCon workout, and Fridays- RAC indoor track races. All practices during the week are after school at 245. On Saturdays, optional technique and field event training at 10am at Veterans Park.
