Haas Hall Academy has been approached and agreed to become a part of a pilot program ACT has enacted: an online version of the National ACT® exam.
The study will take place on December 14, 2019, for scholars in the 11th grade. These scholars will get the chance to take the ACT for free, with college-reportable scores.
Why We Chose to Participate:
*Scholars can take the ACT–no writing–for free with college-reportable scores!
*ACT will pay the registration fee for students to register online for the December 14th test date.
*We will only test our scholars.
*By offering this opportunity, we will allow our scholars to gain helpful experience with online testing.
*We will be on the forefront of an important research study that ACT is enacting as they move forward with the implementation of online testing.
This is a volunteer opportunity, and scholars are not mandated to participate. However, we encourage 11th grade scholars to become a part of this. We will need at least fifty (50) participants to go forward. The testing will take place at the Fayetteville Campus, where Haas Hall Academy administers the ACT. (This can also serve as an important service because our scholars will have the opportunity to take the ACT and receive their scores before the mandated ACT on February 25th.)
As we receive additional information, we shall pass it on to you, so keep your eyes peeled on our annoucements. In the meantime, if you have any questions at all, please contact Mrs. Kate ([email protected]) or Mrs. Fisher ([email protected]).
We are very excited about our opportunity to participate in this project!
