Haas Hall Academy 2018-2019 Admissions Lottery
Submit an application for a 7th-12th grade seat at Haas Hall Academy’s Fayetteville and Bentonville campuses and for a 7th-11th grade seat Haas Hall Academy’s Springdale and Rogers campuses. Applications will be accepted after the lottery drawing on a first-come, first-served basis until each grade is fully enrolled. If seats are available, the applicant will be enrolled. If no seats are available, the applicant will automatically be placed on the Wait List.

Applicants who do not gain admission are put on the school’s waiting list. Applicants on the wait list who do not gain admission during this lottery cycle are encouraged to to re-apply for the 2019-2020 school year after the application window opens.

Post-Lottery Application for Admission 2018-19

Post-Lottery applications for the 2018-19 academic year will be accepted March 5, 2018-Aug. 30, 2018.

This application is valid only for the current lottery cycle.

Your applicant will be assigned a Lottery ID Number which will serve as their identification.

    Post-lottery applications for all grades at all campuses are accepted after the Admissions Lottery drawing on a first-come, first-served basis. If seats are available, the applicant will be offered a seat. If no seats are available, the applicant will be placed on the waiting list. You may apply for more than one campus on the same application. Submit ONLY ONE application.

    Applicants will be placed on the list for each campus selected. Please select each campus the applicant is interested in attending.

Only one application per applicant per campus will be accepted.

Applicants are assigned unique Lottery ID numbers at the time of application. Submitting more than one application does not increase an applicant’s number of submissions into the lottery drawing. Please apply for each campus that your applicant is interested in attending.
Within 1 hour of application submission, you will receive an email containing important lottery identification information.

If you are unsure if your application has been received, please check your applicant’s information using our Lottery ID finder before submitting a second application.

If you are able to view your applicant’s application information using our Lottery ID finder but did not receive an email confirmation of your application within 24 hours, please check your Junk or Spam mailbox. Adding to your contacts can help prevent missed communications. If you are not able to find your applicant’s application using our Lottery ID finder, please resubmit your application.

If there are still more applications for admissions than the open-enrollment public charter school is able to accept after the completion of the random, anonymous student selection method, then the open-enrollment public charter school shall place the applicants on a waiting list for admission. The waiting list is valid until the next time the open-enrollment public charter school is required to conduct a random, anonymous student selection.
