Calling all Math Lovers!
Math Club will be hosting AMC Practice sessions every Tuesday and Thursday for the next three weeks, going over techniques, general strategies, and sample problems related to the AMC 10 and 12, which is coming up on Nov. 16.
The second AMC meeting will be held Thursday, Oct. 27 after school in Mr. Ward’s room. It will be similar to last time but with a higher focus on solving the problems.
We want to emphasize that although these lectures are associated with the AMC, attendance is not restricted to those who are currently or are preparing to sign up for the AMC. Everyone interested in learning some interesting mathematics and testing their merit in solving the sample problems given are more than welcome to attend.
