Hello! I am Catalina Busse, a senior at the Springdale Campus who is looking for participants in my survey for my AP Research project!
My survey contains questions that address how religion or spirituality affects teens’ mental health and if one has a greater effect on mental health than the other. Whether you are religious or not, all are encouraged to take this survey.
Participants will be kept anonymous and all data collected will be solely used for research purposes. Only me and my Faculty Advisor, Rachel Thomas, will have access to the data collected.

There is a consent form linked in the survey that must be completed before participation.
If you are under eighteen you must have a parent/guardian’s permission to participate in this survey.
