Hello! This is Sandrine Poulin (again) from the Springdale campus, and I need more participants for my AP Research survey. I am trying to gather as many responses as possible, so feel free to send this survey to anyone you know who meets the criteria below!
Anyone who has participated in a sport (recreational or competitive) between the ages of 12 and 17 can take this survey! Participants do not need to be between 12 and 17 years old; they only need to have participated in a sport within those ages. The survey will ask about your experience with the sport and coach. It should take 10 minutes or less to complete.
All participants will remain anonymous when discussed in my project, and all data will be collected solely for research purposes.

The consent form on page 2 will need to be filled out before participation, and those under 18 must obtain their parent/guardian’s permission on the consent form.
