The Arkansas Department of Human Services has launched the Update Arkansas campaign to encourage Medicaid clients to make sure their contact information is up-to-date in the DHS system. This is in preparation for the end of the Public Health Emergency, at which time clients who were extended automatically during the emergency will have to renew their coverage. If clients have an old address on file, they could miss important renewal information.
Clients can make updates by calling Update Arkansas at 1-844-872-2660, by visiting ar.gov/update, or by contacting their local DHS county office.
