Drive-Thru Food Drive
Arkansas United, an immigration advocacy organization, is holding a “Drive-Thru Food Drive” at St. Raphael’s Catholic Church in Springdale on Saturday, February 13th, from 12:00pm-4:00pm. Arkansas United will be distributing feminine hygiene products, COVID-19 informational materials, and 200 boxes of food. Supplies are LIMITED, and the event will be first come, first serve. BETA will be collecting hygiene products until February 10th. All items will be used to create care packages that will be distributed to individuals across NWA. Participants needed for an AP Research study on the Prevalence and Impacts of Period Poverty in Northwest Arkansas
Participants are needed! Contribution to this study will aid in increasing awareness regarding period poverty and knowledge about its impacts. Participants may request a free menstrual supply care package following participation.
