After some clarification with Mermaids Restaurant, Homecoming tickets will now be sold for the remainder of the week. Tickets may either be purchased in the morning before class at the front of the Starr Scholar Center or may be purchased from one of your class representatives. Entrance may also be purchased at the door of the event for $25 dollars.

In consideration of the weeklong inclement weather, we will be extending the ticket purchasing date to Tuesday next week, February 7th. If needed, scholars will be able to purchase tickets during 1st and 2nd block next Tuesday at the front of the Starr Scholar Center.
In consideration of recent disruptive weather, the deadline to purchase tickets for the Homecoming Dance will be pushed to February 3rd. Scholars may either choose to purchase tickets in person after school is back in session or may contact firstname.lastname@example.org to purchase tickets online.

Considering the approaching Valentine’s Day, the theme will be Sweethearts! A spirit week will be held leading up to the date, culminating in a Fayetteville campus rally the day before

The Math Club will be having a lecture on a board game, Hex, this Thursday in Mr. Ward’s (Room 113)! We will first have some fun playing the board game and host a casual, friendly competition. After playing, we will note some observations of the game and then lecture on such observations, proving some interesting mathematical facts concerning the game.
