Health History Forms

Please make sure that a health history form has been submitted for your scholar. Please complete both sides and sign the form. Forms are available at the front desk. Also, if your scholar has a diagnosis of asthma or life-threatening allergies then an action plan from their physician MUST be on file with the school. This has to be updated

Sign Language Club

The sign language club will be having it’s first meeting this Friday the 23rd in Mrs. Hardy’s room at 2:30 p.m. The first meeting will be an introduction of what the club is all about. MU ALPHA THETA MEETING

Mu Alpha Theta is a National Club for Mathematics. There will be an informational meeting for any scholar in 9th-12th grade that is interested in joining. The meeting is during lunch on Wednesday, August 21st in Mr. Ward’s room. Current members need to be in attendance as well.

PSAT MONEY IS DUE NOW

All scholars at all campuses in grades 7 – 11 will be taking the PSAT on October 16, 2019. The charge for this test is $15 per scholar and payment is now past due. Please submit the $15 by check or cash to your scholar’s campus ASAP. Please refer to your orientation paperwork for a detailed explanation of this test
