Our small but mighty Haas Hall Academy at the Jones Center Girls Swim Team had exceptional performances at the State Championship Meet in Texarkana, TX on Saturday. Every member of our team qualified to swim at this meet, an outstanding achievement in itself. Our five swimmers were ranked fourth out of all women’s teams! Of note are the following races:
200 Medley Relay: 1st Place (Peyton Shell, Olivia Smith, Riley Gibson, Hayden Gibson)
200 Free: 1st Place (Peyton Shell)
200 Individual Medley: 1st Place (Hayden Gibson)
50 Free: 1st Place (Hayden Gibson)
100 Fly: 1st Place (Riley Gibson) and 3rd Place (Peyton Shell)
200 Free Relay: 2nd Place (Peyton Shell, Johanna Nieukirk, Hayden Gibson, Riley Gibson)
100 Back: 1st Place (Riley Gibson)
