Several scholars represented the Forensics and Debate Club at the Tiger’s Eye Tournament at Bentonville High School last weekend. All of our scholars represented well, and we had several who broke to the semifinal and final rounds. In addition to winning third-place Junior High Sweepstakes (and a big, gold trophy for the Haas trophy case!), Katelyn Bennett won second place in Junior High Storytelling; Ashley Flesher broke to the Final Round in Junior High Dramatic Interpretation; Sebastian Barajas won sixth place in High School Humorous Interpretation; Emily Flesher broke to Semifinals in High School Dramatic Interpretation; Asa Koster was a Quarterfinalist for Varisty Lincoln-Douglas; Rayahn Sharif won a Speaker Award for Varsity Lincoln-Douglas; Diana Zhumalieva won a Speaker Award for Novice Lincoln-Douglas; and Eekshita Allipilli won a Speaker Award for Novice Lincoln-Douglas. Congratulations to all!
