Fall Hiking Event — Conservation and Hiking Club

If you are planning to attend the Fall Hiking Event on Oct. 29, you need to:

1) Have your parent/guardian email Mr. McFadden prior to Oct. 28 to confirm the approved manner of transportation that you will be taking;

2) Have your parent/guardian fill out the Excursion Permission Form and Emergency Medical Release & Liability Waiver and turn both in to Mr. McFadden prior to Oct. 28 (no scholar will be allowed to attend the event without turning in these forms in advance); and

3) Have your parent/guardian let Mr. McFadden know if they would be willing to be a chaperone for the hiking event.
