Mark your calendar–The flu shot clinic will be on Thursday, October 20th at 12:30 pm. The Washington County Health Department will be on site administering flu shots in the Starr Scholar Center. If your scholar plans to participate in the flu shot clinic, they need to see Nurse Laura for a consent form. This completed form must be turned in NO LATER than Monday, October 17th.
