Mark your calendar–The flu shot clinic will be on Thursday, October 20th at 12:30 pm. The Washington County Health Department will be on-site administering flu shots in the Starr Scholar Center. If your scholar plans to participate in the flu shot clinic, they need to see Nurse Laura for a consent form. This completed form must be turned in NO LATER than Monday, October 17th.
