Mark your calendar! The flu shot clinic will be at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20. The Washington County Health Department will be on-site administering flu shots in the Starr Scholar Center. If your scholar plans to participate in the flu shot clinic, they need to see Nurse Laura for a consent form. This completed form must be turned in NO LATER than Monday, Oct. 17.
