Free Trees for Fayetteville – October 23rd

Keep Fayetteville Shady

The City of Fayetteville’s Parks and Recreation Department, and the City of Fayetteville’s Urban Forestry Advisory Board look forward to handing out FREE trees and shrubs to Fayetteville residents. The Celebration of Trees is the City’s recognition of Arbor Day and helps grow our urban forests by planting the ‘right tree in the right place.’ The 23rd annual giveaway will take place on October 23rd at 7 a.m. and will be held in the Spring Street Parking Garage and processed in a drive-through manner to maintain proper social distance. Over the past 22 years, the City has given away over 15,000 trees and shrubs to keep Fayetteville shady.
