Girl Power in STEM

Are you an 8th grader? Would you like to take trip to Conway to learn more about exciting opportunities and future careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics? Haas Hall Rogers will be taking 10 students on a trip to UCA to network with professionals, learn about new careers, and enjoy a day of science!

Please send an email to Ms. Hillbrand at annahillbrand@haashall.org if you are interested in attending this conference. If more than 10 students apply, math and science teachers will select the top candidates to attend.

About this event
The University of Central Arkansas (UCA) is hosting the GPS (Girl Power in STEM) conference for 8th grade attendees from Arkansas schools on Friday, April 29, 2022. The purpose of this event is to generate interest in how women interact with the STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) and provide hands-on activities in STEM education.
