The Fayetteville Green team is collecting colored #2 plastics until May 1 as part of the Boston Mountain Solid Waste District’s Green Bench Challenge. This is our second time participating in the challenge, and we must collect 2000 opaque plastics in order to earn a second green bench made from the same type of recycled plastic. For the purposes of this challenge, we cannot accept translucent #2 plastics, such as standard milk jugs, which allow light to pass through them, but we still encourage you to recycle these items. Please store your contributions at home for now, and we will shortly announce our first drop-off date at the Fayetteville campus. If you have any questions, please contact Sam Bishop ( email@example.com ) or any member of our Green Team. We appreciate your help!
