Senior scholar, Rahul Aravindakshan, competed in three levels of equestrian competition (local, state, and regional) and qualified for nationals from the 7,500 competitors in his region. At the nationals held in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Rahul placed 4th overall in the nation! In doing so, he competed against competitors from 12 different regions around the United States that represented over 1,500 different equestrian clubs. At the end of this season, Rahul received recognition for being the highest point rider in the region that includes Arkansas, Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Missouri, and Tennessee. Rahul was also the runner up champion for the Interscholastic Equestrian Association’s 20th Anniversary Horsemanship Test.
