Dear HHA Parents and Guardians,

After careful consideration of federal and state public health agency recommendations, and in light of the mask mandate injunction, Haas Hall Academy will be requiring all staff, faculty, scholars, and visitors to wear face coverings when on their respective campuses. Please see our Academy handbook for clarification on acceptable face coverings.

A copy of the Arkansas Department of Education 2021-2022 COVID-19 Guidance for Schools dated August 10, 2021, has been included for you.

The deadline to register your learning platform preference has been extended to Wednesday, August 11 by 11:59 p.m.  Scholars are able to change their preferred learning platform to either virtual or traditional by using this Google form.

Should you have additional questions regarding this topic please speak to The Directors of Academy Affairs. Their contact information is listed here:

Fayetteville: teresanew@haashall.org or roseannpearce@haashall.org

Bentonville: deborahlivesay@haashall.org

Springdale: sandracox@haashall.org

Rogers: karahill@haashall.org

Temperatures will be taken before faculty, staff, scholars, and visitors enter the campus. Scholars will need to go directly to their first block class when arriving on campus in the morning as we try to limit exposure.

Please email taskforce@haashall.org with any questions.

We are proud of the way our campuses navigated the challenges we faced in the 2020-2021 academic year and feel confident that our administration, faculty, and staff will continue to work hard to provide a safe and outstanding education to our scholars in the upcoming school year.
