A Note to All Prospective Beta Members:
Beta Club is having an informational meeting after school on Friday, September 9, in Mrs. Kate’s room (113). Senior Beta Club is a high school club that grants scholars the opportunity to give back to their community through volunteering and community service. It fosters leadership skills and encourages service to others within the community.
To join Senior Beta Club, you must be in grades 9-12, you must have a GPA of 3.85 or higher, you must complete two activities per quarter, and you must have attended Haas Hall Academy for at least six months before joining.
Regarding Junior Beta Club and membership, to join Junior Beta you must be in grades 7-8, you must have at least a 3.75 GPA, you must complete two activities per quarter, and you must have attended Haas Hall Academy for at least six months before officially joining. However, rest assured 7th and 8th graders: Although you cannot become a member until December, all scholars are welcome to assist with the majority of our volunteering efforts.
If you are interested in joining Beta Club, please attend the informational meeting from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on September 9 in Mrs. Kate’s room (113).
