Nate Powell @ The Bentonville Public Library

On Saturday, November 3rd, come and meet award winning graphic novelist, Nate Powell at the Bentonville Public Library! Powell is a native Arkansan and the first cartoonist to win the National Book Award.

The schedule is as follows:
1:00 – 2:00 pm: Author Presentation
2:00 – 3:00 pm: Book Signing

Powell’s work includes the new graphic novel “Come Again” and civil rights icon John Lewis’ graphic memoir trilogy “March”, as well as Rick Riordan’s graphic novel edition of “The Lost Hero”.

Powell’s work has received a Robert F. Kennedy Book Award, three Eisner Awards, the Michael L. Printz Award, four YALSA Great Graphic Novels For Teens selections, the Walter Dean Myers Award, and is a two-time finalist for the Los Angeles Times Book Prize.

This is free program, and recommended for tweens, teens and adults. Registration is not required, but space is limited.
