Picture Day is Monday, November 1

Haas Hall Academy Bentonville family,

School portrait day is Monday, November 1, at our campus.

Scholars in grades 7 through 11, both virtual and in-person, should wear their school uniforms for the portraits. Scholars in grade 12 should wear semi-formal attire of their choosing.

In-person scholars, you will be called out by grade level starting with seventh grade between 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. (approximately). When that grade finishes, the following grades will be called in order, ending with 12th.

IMPORTANT: Virtual scholars should arrive to school before 1 p.m. to ensure their portrait is taken. We hope to have the photographer finished for the day by that time. Please do not wait until 1 p.m. to arrive as by that point, the equipment will likely be in the process of being taken down. Also, please do not arrive at 8 a.m. as the equipment will not yet be assembled.

If your scholars miss this portrait day, we anticipate a make-up day in the spring semester or later in the fall. Please make every attempt to have your portrait taken on this day, however.

If you have any questions, contact Mr. Bolin at ericbolin@haashall.org
