FOR: Senior Prom “One Night” 10th, 11th & 12th Graders
WHEN: Saturday, April 9th 7:30 pm – 10:30 pm
WHERE: Sassafras Springs – 6461 E Guy Terry Rd, Springdale, AR 72764
COST: $25 / tickets will be available at the door
GUESTS: Only one guest per scholar; MUST be in 10th, 11th, or 12th Grade; NOT older than 18
MUST HAVE a Guest Form signed and turned into the Front Desk by April 6th with guest’s picture ID
**NON-HAAS GUESTS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED WITHOUT THE FORM FILLED OUT WITH PICTURE ID**
