The Worst Race Ever!–Another National Honor Society and National Junior Honor Society Volunteering Event

Attention Scholars and Parents:

Another volunteering event is coming up this Saturday in support of the City of Bentonville called “The Worst Race Ever.” Past event coordinators in the area have been so impressed with our National Honor Society and National Junior Honor Society members’ efforts over the years that they’ve asked for our assistance again!

Volunteers may be asked to help with any of the following: monitoring the finish line, handing out medals, handing out water, helping with the water stop, and helping with street marshaling. If you’re interested in getting in on the fun, the race will be held this Saturday, September 8th, at 6:45 a.m. Volunteers, just be sure to wear your favorite Haas Hall Academy t-shirt. On race day, you will check in at the Bentonville Dog Park, which is located on Walton Blvd., with our parent contact, Mrs. Swales (swales03@gmail.com). (Note: specific instructions and check-in times will vary depending on job duty.) To sign up, email either Mrs. Kate (katherinecochran@haashall.org) or Mrs. Swales (swales03@gmail.com).
