Wow, what a great turn out for our 5th annual Chili Social & Silent Auction, benefiting our sports programs at Haas Hall Academy Fayetteville!
Thank you to everyone who volunteered, to all who donated time, chili, silent auction items...I think we may have outdone ourselves this year but we’re still adding and crunching numbers.
There are so many of you to thank and knowing I will forget a name or 2, just know that all of you are very appreciated!
If you won an auction item you should have been contacted and if you have not done so already, please go by the school to pay for and pick up your item in Mrs. Moll's room.
Please pick up your crock pots!!!! They were all washed and are on a table in the faculty kitchen.
If they are not picked up they will be donated to Goodwill.
We are very lucky to have the support of our school community to raise the funds for our sports programs with no outside monies and you are all to be commended and thanked, so thank you!

These are all things you get to tell our incredible faculty to let them know how much we appreciate them!

Starting Monday the 9th, there will be boxes in each faculty member's room or office for you to drop in a Shout Out! We will keep the boxes out until right before Thanksgiving break, when we will have a lunch party to honor our faculty hosted by the PFC (watch for more details in the next weeks).

Let's fill those boxes with appreciation!!

Are you a fabulous Haas Hall Scholar with a winning personality and want to represent our school? You should be a Shadow Ambassador!! Please sign up at the front desk. All Ambassadors will need to be approved by your teachers. All grades are needed, but mostly 7th and 8th grades.

There are great Dinners & Tastings, Themed Baskets, Get Away Packages, Unique Haas Items, Bikes, Baby Items, Accesories for women, Restaurant and Gift certificates and Services from various businesses. It is a Silent Auction. Remember to Bid High & Often. Auction ends at 7:45. If you need to leave early or really want that special item, complete the Buy it Now line and that item is yours and you can check out at your convenience! Don't forget cash to buy baked items! Thanks to everyone who submitted Box Tops for education! Our scholars collected a total of 2,006 Box Tops, so Haas Hall will receive a check for $200.60 in December! There are two $10 iTunes gift card winners. These scholars were randomly drawn from all the $5 fill up a sheet submissions. Congratulations to 7th grader Andrew Cotton and 9th grader Emma Cheatham! Please see 9th grader Whittaker Friedman who has your prize!

The Booster Club's Chili Social & Silent Auction is tonight, Thursday, November 5th at Haas Hall Academy's Starr Scholar Center in Fayetteville. Doors open at 5:30 and bidding for silent auction items will end at 7:45.
Please drop off any food items between 4:00 and 5:00, label anything that you will need returned. Make sure your chili is already warm or hot when you drop it off and don't forget your ladles!
Remember that there is parking from the Blue Goose near Panera all the way to 3 Monkeys but please DO NOT park in the 3 Monkeys lot until after 5:30.
This is our only fundraiser of the year for our athletics programs and we cannot do it without your support!
Ticket will be available at the door and we will be accepting cash, checks and credit card payments.
Come out to for a great cause and support your scholar athletes!
